| Description: | Arc Maintenance, Inc is a cleaning contractor in the Lehigh Valley for over 35 years.
We cover Eastern Pa, New Jersey, and Maryland areas. As a well established, local, growing company, we offer job security.
During Training you�re working a third shift. The training period is 90 days.
�You will be trained to scrub and buff retail store floors.
� Strip and Refinish
� Pressure Wash
� Sanitation of food and specialty departments.
Once you�re trained, you will resume to a regular schedule. Monday through Friday.

| Duties: | Daily:
1.Follow up call outs from the night before.
2.Follow up any problems that occurred overnight.
3.Take care of any priority issues.
4.Take care of any timekeeping issues.
5.Review Work Tickets.
6.Update schedules and my supervisor of what transpired on my shift.
7.Review job sheets from the pervious night.
As it occurs:
1)New employee orientation.
2)Review new employee training status.
3)Visit new Stores.
4)Reschedule Work.
5)Cover call outs.
6)Follow up equipment repairs.
7)Oversee discipline issues.
8)Follow up accidents.
9)Update my operations manual.
Weekly:
1)Check trucks, equipment and warehouse.
2)Meet with crew leaders.
3)Meet with scheduler.
4)Review payroll.
5)Review supply request.
6)Meet with your supervisor.
7)Review and sign all expense sheets.
8)Review and sign Gas Logs.
9)Review and sign Vehicle Check Sheets.
10)Review the results of the scheduler calling small box customers.
Bi-Weekly:
1)Check completed jobs with Scheduled work crew leaders.
2)Check janitorial customers twice a year.
Monthly:
1)Check each crew leader�s operations manuals.

| Qualifications: | � Have a Current Driver's License
� Prior Supervisory Experience A +
� Bilingual English/Spanish A+ but not necessary
� Must be willing to Travel
� Available to work a Flexible Schedule
� Some Computer Knowledge a+
� Have a Cellular Phone
