Arc Maintenance, Inc is a cleaning contractor in the Lehigh Valley for over 35 years.
We cover Eastern PA, New Jersey, Maryland and the Delaware area.

WHAT WE�RE LOOKING FOR:
This position is for individuals willing to �get their hands dirty� and don�t mind hard work in order to achieve a goal.
This position is based in Eddystone, PA. Applicants must reside no further than 45 minutes to the location. .

| Duties: | 1. Have and project a good attitude.
2. Follow all cleaning and safety procedures.
3. Handle any problems associated with the job in which they are supervising. **
4. Order the necessary chemical and supplies to complete jobs.
5. Check equipment to make sure that it is working properly and that it is clean.
6. Write-up and submit equipment and vehicle repair requests.
7. Train new employees and complete a 30 day evaluation.
8. Enforce the company policies and procedures with verbal and written warnings.
9. Dismiss employees when necessary with Supervisor�s guidance.
10. Cover any employees who do not show up for work. **
11. Keep operation manual current � MSD sheets, phone numbers, directions, etc.
12. Dress properly � ARC Maintenance clothing and ID badges.
13. Make sure your subordinates are dressed properly.
14. Meet once a week with your supervisor to review the upcoming week�s schedule and discuss anything else that he feels is necessary.
15. Provide input for improvements and changes related to the site they supervise and the entire company.
16. Have a cellular phone.

| Qualifications: | � Fluent in English and Spanish A must
� Current Driver's License
� Some Supervisory Experience A+
� Available to work a flexible Night Shift
� Must have Cellular Phone
� Some Computer Knowledge A+
