| Description: | Due to continued growth, successful cleaning contractor is looking for a Bilingual Field Recruiter.

| Duties: | Primary responsibilities include:
- Recruiting for all open positions
- Go out to field and seek labor sources
- Stay in touch with labor sources
- Assist with interviewing process when necessary
- Once a labor source has been established in a specific area, you will conduct interviews of a sampling of personnel available from each source to see if it is a viable, reliable source.
Continue to stay in contact with sources to keep them apprised of our present needs as well as future need.

| Qualifications: | **BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH A MUST**
* Must work well in a "fast paced" environment.
Should possess interviewing skills, online, newspaper and in person recruiting, candidate selection and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Full Time
* Monday through Friday
* Must have a valid driver's license
* We Check Criminal Background & Driver's License*
